Group plans bundle some combination of health, dental, and vision benefits for the members of the group.  While typically employer-sponsored, other types of groups may qualify for these plans as well.  These plans are issued as single policies with multiple members, as opposed to Individual Plans, which are single policy/single beneficiary issue.
